Reservation Policy & Booking Process
This reservation policy for Kerala tours outlines the booking process, payment terms, and important travel guidelines followed by Vinu Holidays, ensuring a smooth and transparent travel experience.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings with Vinu Holidays are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation message/email will be shared with you.
Payment Policy
To secure your booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI Payments
- Cash Payments
All payments should be completed without any deductions or transaction charges from the sender’s side.
Pricing Policy
All tour prices are based on current rates provided by hotels, transport services, and other suppliers.
In case of any changes in:
- Hotel tariffs
- Fuel costs
- Government taxes
- Entry fees or other service charges
Vinu Holidays reserves the right to revise the package cost accordingly.
Itinerary Flexibility
All itineraries are planned with care to provide a smooth travel experience. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Road or traffic situations
- Local regulations or strikes
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort, and overall travel experience.
Check-in & Check-out Policy
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to the respective hotel policies (generally, check-in at 01:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM, which may vary by hotel/resort).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges if check-in or check-out is too early or too late.
Houseboat Stay (If Included)
For houseboat stays in Kerala:
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM
- Check-out time: 09:00 AM (next day)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
